Beginning January 2019, Gentle Yoga with Linda Damas will also be offered on Sundays at 4:00 pm. This 75-minute class focuses on stretching, breath, and movement. Linda is passionate about bringing yoga to all persuasions, especially seniors and those who wish for better movement and peace in their daily lives. Her yoga teaching emphasizes breath work, correct alignment, stretching and safe practices.
