Yoga Sculpt meets Sundays at 9 am, Wednesdays at 5:30 pm, and Thursdays at 4 pm effective in October.

Darien Southerland first found yoga in 2013 as an undergrad at UC Irvine in Southern California. Darien describes what Yoga means to her as a blend of strength and grace that gives individuals the tools to find a deep sense of awareness and peace in all aspects of life.
