Vinyasa yoga is often referred to as a moving meditation, where the movements between the asanas are considered just as important as the asanas themselves. By practicing in this way, one cultivates a deep inner stillness, rooted within oneself, even when the body is in continual motion, ones awareness is meditative and easeful. In this workshop we will delve into dynamic, fun transitions into and out of yoga asanas. The primary focus will be on cultivating core strength, stability, inner stillness, and grace within every movement. Forward bends, arm balances, inversions, and heart openers will be explored (full spectrum practice). Meditation and mantra will set the tone for a transformative journey.
