January 9th, 12-3pm: Feet and Foundation
This course offering will highlight the importance of our foundation, the feet and toes. Our feet carry our entire bodies around, and are inspirational in their work. This workshop is appropriate for any level of practitioner, including those who are experiencing arthritis, bunions, hammertoe, diabetes, nerve damage or other foot related conditions.
January 23rd, 12-3pm: Healing Hands
During this course we will explore our most dextrous parts of the body, our hands and fingers! We will help to open and soothe the joints of the fingers and hands, while building strength and awareness of habitual patterns. We will learn how the stress felt in the hands can affect and be affected by our shoulders and jaw. Appropriate for any practitioner.
Take both for $50 or one for $30.
