Learning tools to live with and move through trauma; June 10th; $30
In these tumultuous times, it can be easy to slip into despair or worse, apathy. In this workshop, we will explore the way trauma manifests in our bodies and energy centers while learning ways to move these energies. Utilizing breathing, somatic movement, visualization and guided mediation, this workshop will create a safe environment to explore feelings in a safe way, learning how to begin living with radical compassion towards yourself and others. We will conclude with a 30 minute Yoga Nidra Practice for central nervous system integration. Yoga Nidra is a systematic relaxation that utilizes a personal intent for maximum healing at the conscious, subconscious and unconscious level. All Levels Welcome. Download code for Yoga Nidra for Cultivating Intent by Katy Benjamin will also be available for $3. Please bring cash or check for this item. Click here to register.
