Tapas translates as "to burn" and is the art of purifying all levels of one's being through the techniques of yoga as laid out upon the eight fold path of Raja Yoga. This workshop will dive deep into what is needed to have stable, safe, liberated inversions and arm balances. Asana, pranayama, and bandha work (2.5 hours asana/deep relaxation, 45 mins pranayama and chanting). Pre-registration required.  

This is an Intermediate/Advanced level workshop.
