Looking to increase range of motion for athletic performance? Want to improve your recovery game? This workshop is for you. We will explore myofascial release techniques including compression, stretching, and twisting with a focus on areas that are generally tight for athletes. Active releases and stability exercises will also be introduced. Not an athlete? You can still join in and learn ways to improve your overall mobility. Please register early as there is limited capacity. Cost is $35.
