Shoulder Rehab with Danielle Maka'ike

This workshop will explore the anatomy of the shoulder and introduce mobility and stability exercises to create balance in the shoulder girdle. We will use myofascial release techniques including compression and stretching to release common trigger points within the shoulder and chest. This workshop is perfect for people with current or recurrent shoulder injuries such as frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, and anyone wanting a deeper understanding of the shoulder and how to prevent future injuries. Please register early as there is limited capacity. Cost is $25.
