Yoga and The Nervous System with Danielle Maka'ike

This workshop will explore the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system and its role in responding to stress and trauma. Movement, breath, and restorative poses will be shared as way to balance the nervous system through the practice of yoga. This workshop is perfect for anyone that regularly feels stressed out, people who have experienced trauma, mental health professionals, and anyone seeking more balance in their lives.
