Darien first found yoga in 2013 as an undergrad at UC Irvine in Southern California. She loved it so much that she got her first 200 Hr. certification after just 1 year on the mat. You can expect to flow through a fun yet challenging sequence set to an elevating playlist in Darien's class. Come relax. Come play. Come be yourself.
